1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be completed through our website. Payment is required in order to confirm the reservation.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends at the agreed return time. Late returns may result in additional charges.

3. Availability and Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide the rented bicycle(s) at the time of pickup.
No refunds will be given for unused time, early returns, or cancellations unless otherwise agreed.

4. Responsibility and Use

The customer is fully responsible for the bicycle during the entire rental period.
The bicycle must be used in a safe and responsible manner and in accordance with local traffic laws.

5. Damage, Loss, and Theft

The customer is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the bicycle during the rental period.
If the bicycle is returned in damaged condition or is not returned at all, we reserve the right to charge up to 5000 SEK per bicycle to cover repair or replacement costs.

6. Condition at Return

The bicycle must be returned in the same condition as it was provided, excluding normal wear and tear. Any excessive damage may result in additional charges.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental period. The customer assumes full responsibility for their own safety.

8. Agreement

By renting a bicycle, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
